I am very proud to have lived in Tamworth all my life (bar a stint in Gunnedah for 4 years) and know this area like the back of my hand.
In my 34 year career as a travel agent I have been lucky to be able to pursue my love of real estate on the side and have been buying/building/renovating and developing property here for 25 years.
As my days as a travel agent have come to a grinding holt, I am now able to commit 100% to the real estate game passing on my knowledge and passion to help you realise your property aspirations.
I am a fully licenced Real Estate Agent and developer and create my own house and land packages on the side to allow my creative juices to flow free, I have always been recognised for my ability to communicate with honesty, transparency and disclosure, eliminating any conflict of interest right from the start when helping you sell your home or sniffing out one for you to buy.
I know firsthand the frustrations that can come about when relying on someone else to sell your property and can guarantee that I will give my full attention to selling your property by acknowledging and fulfilling your expectations all the way to settlement. Beyond that, it would be my goal to help you find or sell your next home and the one after that because of the great relationship we have developed in the process.
It’s all very good for agents to promise this and promise that, but the proof is in the effort that I put in to seeing someone else’s dream become a reality and that is my point of difference.
Any agent can put your property on the market, but can any agent see the big picture and “pick up what you’re putting down”? Can they see the property from a buyers’ point of view? Can they visualise a potential reno or value add your property without you having to say a word? Can they claim that they have been on the other end when selling their own properties with an agent? Do they have the ability or time to help a potential buyer get their act together to settle the purchase of your property in a timely and hassle free manner (for you and them)?
I can! I can do all of that and then some! And the fear of failure drives me every day to do the very best I can with great enthusiasm, energy and honesty to get you the result you deserve.
